Preventive Maintenance / Roof Repairs

Flat Roofing
We offer a comprehensive range of flat roof services ranging from asphalting and felting. We only use leading industry materials from manufacturers such as Techno Torch and Axter to insure you receive a first class service.

We also offer a cost effective alternative flat roof system with an all weather application of waterproof roof coating which has the advantage of maximum solar reflectivity. It is a single coat fibre reinforced seamless membrane.


Tiling and Slating
From clay tiles, concrete tiles, fibrous slates, man made slates we specialise in finding the right tile and slate choice for you. If it’s to match an existing build or ideas for a new build we will help plan and source the correct tiles for your project. We use only reputable industry manufacturers such as Marley, Sandtoft, Redland, Etrnit and under-laid with breathable felt such as TYVEK this insures you receive a first class repair or installation.

Soffits, fascias & guttering


We cover the supply and installation of fascias, soffits, guttering, bargeboards & cladding in PVC-U, and rainwater systems in heavy duty PVC-U in a wide range of styles and colours.

By repairing or replacing your fascias, soffits and guttering this will not only improve the look of your property but protect the long life of your roof and walls from damp and the elements of the UK weather.


Lead work
We follow the Calder guide to the correct detailing and fixing of lead sheet flashings, weatherings and gutter linings.

Ubiflex is an alternative to lead which is cost effective and environmentally friendly.


Velux and roof window Installations
We are experience installers of roof windows, flat roof domes and flat and pitched roof tubular skylights.
